REFUND POLICY

Due to reasons of health and safety for our customers and employees, our face mask are not refundable. We value your experience with us and hope that you love our products!

In advance, we would like to apologize for any inconvenience and are happy to provide you with a replacement of goods available on our website. We only process a replacement if your order is contained damaged or if you have received an incorrect item.

For this service, you will be required to return the damaged or incorrect goods to our warehouse in the following conditions:

Items must be returned within 7 days of receiving delivery with proof of purchase.
Items must unworn, unused, and unopened in its original packaging.
Respectfully, we do not offer refunds or returns if you have changed your mind.

All items should be returned new (unopened). Any items returned to us in any altered condition may be sent back to the customer.

Please email your inquires with all the details to info@nanasmarttech.com and we will respond as soon as possible. All replacements will need to be approved by HQM1 before being processed.

If any of the conditions are not met, HQM1 reserves the right to refuse the replacement. We will respond within 24-48 business hours.

When we receive your retuned items, we will process your replacement and notify you, once we confirm that it meets our conditions.

HQM1s’ goal is to get you your order as quickly as possible.

Any orders placed, will be shipped off the next business day.
On weekends and holidays your orders will be shipped out the next following business day.

Any shipping delays caused by the delivery company are out of our control and HQM1 cannot be responsible for their delays. Any expected delivery time is given to us by the delivery company and may vary.
